The inclusion of the 2.4-inch colour LCD display located on the inside of the front-opening door means that you can look at the captured stills images and videos with the camera still in place where you have positioned it without having to take the Trophy Cam or even just your SD card back indoors. So you can see if you have caught the images you were hoping for and if not you can leave the camera in place, adjust its settings or angle of view or move it to a new location.
This camera enables you to record still images and also video from a position of your choice in your garden, in the countryside, overlooking your car or whatever other ideas you have and its PIR motion sensor will set off the black LEDs when there is movement in front of it – and the sensor now has a range that extends to 60 feet (18 metres).
Using the Field scan x2 feature, the Bushnell Trophy Cam 8MP HD Max Night Vision Camera can be set to take pictures at pre-set intervals within two separate time periods. These pictures are taken without needing to be triggered by motion in front of the camera and the photos capture the widest field of view possible. During these periods, motion-triggered images are still captured as normal.
