Hydrodown insulation provides warmth around the body’s core while Hydroloft Elite Pro breathable insulation, which is water resistant and fast drying, is used for areas of the jacket most vulnerable to getting wetter.
The lightweight polyamide Ripstop outer layer of the Berghaus Asgard Men's Hybrid Jacket is very wind resistant and features a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish which causes water to ball up and roll off rather than penetrate the fabric.
