This version of the Casio Wave Ceptor Limited Edition Radio-Controlled Watch WVQ-550E-1AVER takes its inspiration from the Jack Bauer character in the hit TV series 24.

For time keeping as good as Jack Bauer's, you'll need a watch that's accurate all the time.

The Casio Wave Ceptor 24 Jack Bauer Limited Edition Radio-Controlled Watch WVQ-550E-1AVER is radio controlled and receives correct time updates from atomic clocks in the UK and mainland Europe.

Casio commissioned this chunky Limited Edition 24 Wave Ceptor to commemorate a new series of 24.

Features

• A light-emitting diode (LED) is used to illuminate the watch face
• Auto light switch illuminates the display when the watch is angled towards the face
• DCF/MSF radio signal receiver: A built-in radio signal receiver ensures that the exact time is displayed across much of Europe; watches with this symbol can pick up radio signals from Germany and the UK
• A luminous neobrite coating provides long-term illumination in the dark after only a short exposure to light
• A second location time can be set and called up, e.g. for timing when to make overseas calls
• The current date is shown on the display
• Stopwatch function 1/20 sec - 1 hr:
• The elapsed time is measured with 1/20-sec accuracy
• The stopwatch can measure times of up to 1 hr
• Daily alarm without an hourly chime: an acoustic signal goes off daily at a set time
• Full auto calendar allows automatically for months of different lengths in case date corrections for leap years are required
