The Timex Automatic Watch movement wheel employs a fly wheel to wind the watch with every movement of your wrist.

The energy storage capacity of the movement holds enough power to operate the watch for up to 36 hours.

Timex Automatic Watches allow you to glance at the power reserve indicator on the dial and you can see the level of energy stored in the movement. Turn the case around, peer through the exhibition window in the case back and view the fly wheel in action.
