The M-Series starts with the Suunto M1 with real-time Calories and Heart Rate Stats based on Body Mass Calculation. The M2 adds the Suunto Dual Comfort Belt and the M4 adds a Fitness Test and Suggestions for your 7-day exercise routine.
The Suunto M5 enables use of the Suunto PODs to give speed & distance data.
Suunto M-Series Heart-Rate Monitors offer exercise advice each morning - how much you should work out today or if you would benefit from rest. They also adapt their advice if you miss a session.

The Suunto M4 and M5 let you upload your exercise data to Movescount.com; in addition, M5 lets you download exercise programmes to your HRM from Movescount.com.
